I had two dreams growing up—

1) Being a successful business man and 2) helping people. I wanted to be the next John Rockefeller, Donald Trump, Tillman Fertitta etc. I entered the work force out of college with that goal in mind. I found a business that I thought met that criteria. I quickly rose up the ranks to become one of the youngest Executive Directors in the industry. Through my experience, I learned that although my title and job description made me sound like I was important and had the ability to help people, that was not the case at all.

I decided to take the leap and do what I really wanted to do, and that was to be in the business to help people grow their business.
